Online Access

Before accessing your brokerage account(s), first time users please read these instructions.

1. If you are a new Client who has opened an account recently and wish to have online access, please contact Southeast Investments to be set up with this capability.

2. You will then be sent an email with instructions to access your account online and change your password.

3. Once you have received the email with your online account information, please follow these instructions:

ACCESS

To view your brokerage account online, you must use Internet Explorer 10 or below as your browser. The site does not support any other browsers.

USER ID

We have provided you with the User ID (sent via email).

TEMPORARY PASSWORD

Initially it will be the temporary password listed in the email. Once you gain access to the site, you should change the password to one of your choosing by clicking on the Account Services tab.

If you have an account(s) with us and have not requested online account access yet, please contact us at 800-828-1295 OR704-527-7873 and request LOG IN information to be emailed to you.

4. For those clients who wish to establish online account access, please allow 24 hours to process your request.
